Configuration Files

MAME is a very flexible program. It has hundreds of options which can be changed to suit your needs in the user interface. These are saved in several configuration files stored in the MAME folder. Configuration files are just text files and can be edited by the user to add their own options without loading MAME. These pages hopefully will make understanding and editing them a bit easier.
